Benjamin helped us with a complete overhaul of our existing security, home theater, and technology upgrade for a beach house we purchased. If you look at other people’s one star reviews, you’ll see a pattern: ghosting, failing to show up on the scheduled day, lack of communication. And this is exactly what I experienced. Initially, Benjamin was responsive, and gave me a quote after inspecting the job site in person the same day I sent my inquiry. But after agreeing to his estimate, it was like I never existed in his eyes. It took three to four messages to get him to reply. He kept saying he was trying to work my job into his schedule and would get back to me. Weeks passed, I sent messages and no response. I understand busy schedules, I’m sure we all do. But the most important skill for the owner of any small business is effective client communication, AND BENJAMIN DOES NOT HAVE IT. Unprofessional and disrespectful.
I’ve been having a problem with my camera system for over three weeks. AT&T and my Camera provider has been out to my house with no solution. Benjamin was amazing! We had requested for installation of Lorex Sexurity cameras (4x). He is very knowledgeable and you can rely on his expertise for any security camera installation. He is also great with fixing any smart switches or other electrical work. We had an issue with Kasa smart switch and he was able to fix it in less than a minute (like it should only take that much time). He came and checked the home and gave us the quote (at no cost). I would definitely recommend him.
