After my service contract/ECM charged me for the wrong part - and then delayed the repair, I reached out to IO - professional, and responsive. For appliance services, you only need IO!
Mr. Evseev did an outstanding job making sure my dishwasher was working properly. His professionalism and willingness to answer all of my questions truly impressed me. I highly recommend his services to anyone in need!
even though he fixed my washer, he was 1 1/2 hours late. then charged me 250 for the same part I found on line that only cost 30 dollars. I got ripped off big time. I will never make that mistake again. And im going to tell my friends not to use this app to get service done im their homes. im so disappointed, this guy new he had me over a barrel. total BS!!!
Oleg was amazing! He stands behind his work and is trustworthy.
Fast response, Oleg arrived 30 minutes after I hired him and within 1 hour he fixed my dryer. He was very professional!
Good service by IO Appliance Service. I recommend them with a 5 star rating
Did an amazing job, very knowledgeable and respectful of my home and nice to my family. I’m definitely hiring him again.
Oleg saved our very expensive Maytag microwave that stopped working after 6 yrs. He diagnosed the problem on 1st visit, but needed to order parts. The part was defective requiring a 3rd visit, all at no extra charge. I love my microwave and am very pleased he persevered to save it. Highly recommend this professional.
Great experience from beginning to end. A+ fully recommend
