First, Ian found that I need a new cartridge, not a whole new valve. That meant that there was no hole in the wall to patch. That saved a lot. But after replacing the cartridge, I have hot & cold reversed, and lower water pressure. In the whole, a mixed blessing.

Reviews
Ion did an amazing job on a variety of home projects at our house. He set clear expectations, took pride in his work, and is someone I would recommend to anyone. Thank you again Ion!
I accidentally cancelled my appointment- I called Ion the same day and he managed to come and complete the appointment the same day! Work was done quickly and efficiently, I would hire him again.
We are a medical equipment manufacturer in Chicago that used Ion for an product installation off Thumbtack. Ion was attentive and presentable to our Minneapolis customer. There was an issue with the truck-line delivery to our customer, and we requested that Ion go to the truck depot to pick-up the equipment. Ion went the extra mile to make the pick-up & deliver the machine to the customer, and then installed the equipment properly. We look for installers like Ion to partner up with from a distance and we rate him 5 stars from Chicagoo.
"We recently had some adjustments made to our store's hat shelves, and the outcome was truly fantastic! The guy we worked with displayed exceptional professionalism, and the quality of their work exceeded our expectations. It was definitely worth the investment, as we received great value for our money. We extend our heartfelt gratitude for a job well done. Thank you so much!"
TWO SMART KIDS.
He tried to charge a no-hire fee!
Ion and his brother built an incredibly complex backyard playset for my daughters. They worked tirelessly and completed quality work. They were professional, conscientious, and respectful. Thank you!
Ion did a great job he communicated very well. Came on time, was very quiet while he worked. He did the work in a timely manner. Was very professional very satisfied with the outcome. Would definitely hire again! Don’t miss the opportunity to work with Ion. We’re right in the middle of a move here boxes everywhere. He didn’t make any complaints and worked with the space he had. Don’t normally give 5 stars, but this guy definitely earned it.
Ion did a great job putting together two ride-on jeeps for my kids. He worked quietly while my kids napped, and stayed hidden away when they woke up so they wouldn’t know that he was here. The jeep was too big to fit through a doorway. Ion helped me get it outside and into the garage to be hidden away for Christmas. Making the arrangements was easy. We’ll def have him back for any more related projects.
