Came the same day I called, very respectful, professional quality work 10 out of 10 will definitely refer him to family and friends!
Khaled was professional and knowledgable. He came out right away to do my estimate and the work was done in a timely manner. Thanks!
I hired this contractor to do plumbing work in the basement of my late father-in-law's home to ready it for sale. Among other things, the contractor needed to reroute the sump pump drain. He opted to run the drain for the sump pump into the sewer line, instead of running it out of the house. Draining the sump pump into the sewer line illegal and a violation of code in PA (and from what I've read, across most of the US). I did not know that at the time, but a PA-licensed plumber certainly should have known. His negligence caused the work to fail inspection a week before settlement, forcing me to hire another plumber at an additional cost to me. Reimbursement was requested and refused by this contractor.
Two hose bibs needed service. Khal was very quick, thorough (he discovered one shutoff bib had a burst in it). Exceptionally knowledgeable, I highly recommend his plumbing service!
I did not move forward with this pro (I was able to handle the project myself), but they responded promptly, communicated efficiently and provided a reasonable quote.
The team was very responsive and informative. They arrived on time was careful in their work and very pleasant in their approach. I will most certainly use them again in the future!
Responded to my request within seconds of posting it on Thumbtack. Arrived on time, was extremely professional and knowledgable. Solved both problems we were having & fixed them immediately at a very fair price. Would highly recommend.
Even though I didn’t pick Iplumpbit for my project, I was really impressed with their professionalism, and I appreciated the detailed estimate they gave, which was both timely and helpful.
Came on thumbtack around 8 at night after discovering water in my basement . Khaled responded and reached out immediately. Came out the next day, diagnosed the problem and walked me through everything. Finished the job the following day. The promptness and knowledge was top tier. This is what thumbtack is all about. Would highly recommend.
Khaled was amazing! Answered my request within minutes and showed up the next morning to diagnose and fix my major water issue. He had every tool possible and was very accurate and took great care of my home!! Can’t thank him enough
Iplumbit responded promptly to my request on Thumbtack and quickly set up a visit by their technician, Kahled. He called 1/2 hours before the scheduled time to let me know that he was on his way, and he arrived on time. Kahled quickly assessed the problem (glass shower door had slipped from its mounting and wouldn’t close) and had it repaired in a short time. The estimate seemed a little high, but considering that I had no luck finding any other outfit willing to come out for such a small (but critical) job, I accepted it and the result confirmed that I had made the right decision.
Promptly responded to my request and was very professional.
I highly recommend this company for hose bib replacement! They were very responsive, arrived promptly, and fixed the issue quickly. The quality of their work was excellent, and everything was completed professionally. They also took the time to explain how to properly maintain the pipe to help prevent future problems, which I really appreciated. Great service, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I would definitely use them again!
Perfectly punctual, and even called me with an update when he was 20 minutes away. Professional but friendly and the quality of work was impeccable. We'll be back!
Khaled was extremely professional. He came when he said he was gonna come. He kept me informed on his arrival he was able to switch out my toilet brand new dispose of it for a very reasonable price and the toilet looks great. He even helped me beforehand on our initial consultation call show me how to cut off the water over the phone that was greatly appreciated. I even have them coming back to do another toilet for me. I will continue to use IPlumbit for any plumbing services that I need in the future thank you guys, five stars!
Khaled was awesome, not only did he take the time to explain to me exactly what needed to be done in detail before the appointment. He didn’t try to sell me anything additional or unnecessary. He was quick efficient and knowledgeable 10 out of 10 I recommend..
khaled responed to my inquiry instantly. I needed an emergency repair and valve retrofit. Khaled was at my residence in record time as well as job completion. He was efficient and professional. Job well done! Would hire him again Thank you!.
Khalid was available the next day after first contact to take a look at the shower. He was able to fix the problem at that visit. Hopefully, all is well with the water temperature regulation now.
Quickly responded and addressed my leak within 24 hours. Work was completely timely and clean. Would hire again!
