Very detailed and put my mind at ease. Highly recommend!
Ward did an excellent job with our home inspection. He was very prompt in replying and answered all of our questions clearly. Communication was easy from start to finish, and he was thorough and professional during the inspection. Highly recommend Ward if you’re looking for someone reliable and knowledgeable!
The best home inspector hands down , he was so detailed and precise. My realtor was even impressed said he was the best he’d ever seen , would definitely recommend services again
Ward did a great job with the inspection, very thorough!
Ward was very professional and knowledgeable. He was easy to work with, and provided a thorough report, including photos and videos, of his inspection. He advised on issues that needed attention. Nice guy, would highly recommend.
Ward responded to the request and scheduled the inspection quickly. The inspection was thorough with pictures in the report. After the inspection we had a walkthrough to discuss the findings with opportunity to ask questions. Would highly recommend!
I reached out to Ward for a fast turn around home inspection for a purchase transaction. Not only was he thorough, but explained what potential faults would mean for us as home buyers and how to fix things ourselves. He inspected home inspection for my own purchase, but I will recommend him to my clients who are purchasing a home inspection the Columbus area going forward!
This is the 2nd time we have worked with Mr. Fairbee. His inspection and reports are very thorough. We appreciate the suggestions/recommendations he provides in his reports. We 💯 recommend if you're looking for Home Inspection professional.
Ward was very knowledgeable and very detail oriented. Had no problem explaining things in a way that it was easy for me to understand. Had a tight deadline for closing, which was no issue to provide the report. It was available before we left the property. Would highly recommend!
