I have never in my life left a review under 4 stars, but this situation caused me endless stress and left me with a financial burden. I have had to cut costs in other areas of my life because of my experience with this company. I was having partial outage issues at my apartment/condo due to a burned main breaker by the outdoor meter. Robert came late afternoon and sold me on a surge protector and new breaker handle. Neither of those things were the root issue of my power outage and the power went back out an hour after he left. He charged me an astronomical $2650 for just installing a surge protector (leaving a hole in my drywall that I was not warned about) and replacing the outside breaker box handle that was working just fine. He never provided me with requested invoice or itemized receipt. He stood there at my door at 8pm until Zelle payments went through (he told me additional fees would be incurred for use of a credit card). When my power issues remained, I asked him to come back and fix the actual burnt line behind the breaker box that was the whole issue, and he put me off for a week while I had no power. He then asked for another $1700 to fix the issue. I asked him to please fix the root issue as was verbally contracted originally and already paid for. He refused. I was forced to find another electrician and got second opinions from 3 other providers who ALL were shocked at his actions. I went with a licensed electrician who charged me $375 to quickly fix the obvious issues Robert did not fix. This man is a bad person and took advantage of my lack of knowledge. I highly recommend against hiring him.
I Had to have an electrical panel updated per my condo association and did not know a permit and inspection were needed, per code enforcement, 99% of all electrical work needs to be permitted, before hiring contact your local code enforcement and ask as you'll have to pay twice or accept civil and/or criminal liability if there is a fire. This electrician should have known better than to do this, Given the opportunity again, I would stay away. Also, the work was sloppy, the picture attached was how the job was left with debris on the floor.
IKK Electrical replaced both my indoor & outdoor electrical panels, they did a fantastic job! I highly recommend using them for your electrical services and repairs! I'm having my roof & driveway replaced so the garage looks pretty bad right now. I wanted to add pictures to show what an excellent job IKK Electrical did! The lights come on when it becomes dark outside thanks to the solar monitor that they installed also.

NOT LICENSED ELECTRICIANS STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE GUYS. Their LLC also isn’t active in florida. They guys completely scammed us. They charged us $24,000 to rewire the home. They took the wires from behind the wall and rewired everything on the from exterior of the home and was completely visible. It reduced our homes value by 30k after we finally sold. They destroyed our drywall and the worst part is they blocked our number after we paid so we couldn’t address the issue with them bc we aren’t local. ROBERT IS A SCAMMER AND NOT AN ELECTRICIAN. They DESTROYED MY HOME. Pursuing litigation to recover what we lost. WE HAD TO PAY A REAL ELECTRICIAN TO FIX THE DAMAGE AFTER.

He provided great service in a short time frame. I needed work done to my electrical panel in a rapid time frame and he did it. Fixed our double tap issue. Great work and very knowledgeable and professional.
Responsive, showed up when they said they did and did the work as advertised. They just charge a bit much. $200 to replace an single gfci outlet is a little high.

Needed to have my old General Pacific breaker box replaced as I had additional renovations done to my unit that would allow for easier access to the panel. IKK Electrical Services not only conducted the repairs for a reasonable price, but also put in the work and quality. The Team worked after hours to ensure my contractors would have electricity the next morning (some2x4s needed to be moved for the new panel to fit; the pain of living in an older unit). Additionally, they took care of a fried wire and light switch that needed replacement, also for a good price.
