Abdullah is AMAZING! He came out to provide some guidance regarding some structural changes we were making to a house. Almost a year later, I needed some additional written information from him to provide to a building inspector which he turned around for me quickly! I will definitely use his service again in the future if needed.

Reviews
Fast, responsive, thorough, and helpful. Would recommend.
I asked for an opinion on a structural wall. Great response, highly recommend!
We had a great experience working with this structural engineer on our deck project. They provided clear, professional architectural drawings that made the permitting process smooth and straightforward. Communication was timely and easy throughout, and they were very knowledgeable and detail-oriented. I would definitely hire them again for future projects and highly recommend their services.
Super responsive, and handled my particular situation, which was not standard, with professionalism and care. Would highly recommend!
He was very slow. It took him a month to draw very small projects.
The Engineer showed up on time, did a thorough assessment and provided great feedback. He clearly wasn't trying to sell me anything, which I very much appreciate.
Abdollah was a pleasure to work with. We needed a structural engineers opinion. He was very thorough and he went above and beyond to answer all questions we had. I would highly recommend him.
ISMonitoring did a great job! I had a concern with some cracks in the foundation on an addition to my house. I wanted to bring out a structural engineer to ease my concerns/make sure I was on top of the fix. Abdollah did a thorough inspection and gave me peace of mind that the house won't collapse, but also provided me with some fixes to get done to get ahead of things.
ISM is really the best choice available for your small project that larger firms are not interested in helping you. He was professional, responsive, affordable, and provided exactly the service that was needed. I contacted around 10 and most ghosted me somewhere along the process. Of the 3 that did not ghost me, his fee was commensurate with the size of the project. ISM produced work product on an urgent timeline as requested. I would recommend and use his services again.
