I called and asked if their report would include a fixing plan so i can use to find contractor. The lady kept saying if you needed drawing then itll be additional charge. I had to clarify with her what she meant by drawing and such. I’m not a professional so I need clarification. But she right away told me then we wouldn’t be someone could help you. Mind you it was only an inspection report and i wasnt asking them for any big project. This is just the beginning of the project and she was already this rude. I would not recommend you to work with this company at all.
The company did not have the skillset or ability to provide the type of inspection I needed with the reports I needed.
My experience with this company was fantastic. Knowledgeable, yet explained things very thoroughly. Friendly, their price was fair, and they did quick work. Highly recommend, I’ve reached out to a ton of structural engineers and none have been more responsive than these guys
