I when I hired them to translate 2 low-density documents, they told me it would be a 4 day turn around. It ended up being a 7 day turn around. When I got the documents back, I immediately noticed that they missed a small detail. I emailed them, and they sent me a new copy a few hours later (to their credit). I later noticed that they completely omitted obvious information. definitely not using them again!
