Lurico came to my home yesterday to look at my job. There was some confusion on his part! He thought I already had a new microwave to install, whereas I was just requesting estimates for doing the work. He was helpful, looking at the current installation and noted that it was not to manufacture specifications, and likely would have voided the original warranty. I’m still debating whether or not to do a replacement now or later. I have a countertop unit that meets my needs at present.

WARNING!!!! This was the worst experience with a repair person! The tech said it was the fridge compressor, $600-$800 repair. However, when I went to connect my fridge, he didn't even put the panel back! The screws were missing. He took my screws and I have no idea what that black cover is for?? I'm a single female and he wanted to take advanatge of my lack of info. He calls me a liar that he put everything back, but I have pictures! Why would I leave my fridge like this? :( I told him I had 2 dogs that shed! This was very unprofessional!

He charged us for a service call $75 (paid him in cash) which was fine & understood but ran a diagnostic of the robotic vacuum & charged us an another $65 with no solution was going to attempt to locate the correct battery but have heard nothing & vacuum is NOT working. Looking for answers & hopefully service so the vacuum can be functional again. Nothing resolved & we're out $140 cash
My whirlpool oven sensor needed to be replaced. Lurico was very professional. He checked to make sure my assessment was correct. After he replaced the sensor he checked all the other parts to ensure they were intact and working correctly. He is efficient and was very knowledgeable with the repair. He also helped clean the floor where the stove is. I had a bracket that fell off 1 of my steps and he repaired at no cost. I strongly recommend using Lurico and definitely will use again. He was also quick to respond
He did a great job he was able to finish in just a little over a half hour. My new microwave looks great and works perfectly.
He said he knew how to install my wall A/C's, but he left off the grill on the outside, and although I had an A/C sleeve, he said I didn't need it. He gave me a price upfront of $200 for each A/C, but then charged me $220 extra because he had a hard time getting out the old A/C and needed the frame. He said, he had the wood frame, but then went to buy it, and charged me $90 for that. I never pay per hour because they could be here for day. I specifically wanted the price for the job. He left wall holes at the bottom of both A/C's. He was going to cover them by doubling the frame only at the bottom which would have looked terrible. I wanted the frame sizes symmetrical on all sides for obvious reasons. After he left, I texted him stating that I found the grille for the back of the A/C, and he said it already had one, so he didn't install it. I also found an extra grounding wire, which scares me. What does that mean? Anyway, as seen in the pictures, there's no protection on the one A/C. I had someone come last night and install the grille. I now have wall repairs to do. Also, the outside there's large gaps around each A/C. I now have to get someone to seal in the A/C's on the outside. I'm more upset because he said he could do the job and clearly could not. I paid more than usual because I wanted it done right. I always pay to avoid conflict, but it's just another lesson in life. NEVER AGAIN!
