This is the first time I used Ivan's service and I was not disappointed. He was responsive and professional, knowlegeable, and had my washer issue diagnosed and resolved quickly. He tries to get the customer up and running again as quickIy as possible. I have already referred another customer to him. Will definitely remember him for future problems.
Ivan was polite, punctual, and responsive, and he did successfully replace the circulation pump on my dishwasher. However, after the repair, the dishwasher stopped heating and drying properly. We attempted additional troubleshooting, but there was confusion around diagnosing the heating issue, and the problem remained unresolved. I ultimately decided to have a licensed appliance technician take over. I appreciate Ivan’s willingness to return and try to help, but this repair ended up being outside his scope.
