I am a classically trained violinist, with nearly 30 years of professional experience both in Europe and the USA. I have earned a BM Degree in Music Education and a MM in Violin Performance, and offer highly qualified help to any enthusiast willing to study and learn to play the violin. As an entertainer, I perform in a variety of musical genres ranging from classical to pop. I Would travel to your place if desired, though a considerable discount is offered to students who prefer coming to my studio in Sun Valley. I have experience with all levels and ages of students - from K to adult, and from complete beginner - to advanced. Helping students of various ages and backgrounds, I implement all experience and training gained over the years. In purpose to adapt and adjust to every student's personal goals, tastes, style, and level of training, I use various methods and techniques. With the help of my husband - a modern American violin maker - I can offer expertise with any instrument-related problem. Please, share your goals and preferences with me, and I will help you achieve them! I believe that music is the finest form of expression and communication between humans. I am one of those blessed, lucky people who love doing what they do! I love the violin and share my passion for it with my students. I signed the Ivanka and Yavanna Dill Wedding Violin Agreement with Ivanka on 2/25/2026, hiring Ivanka and her daughter Yavanna to play violins at our wedding at 5:45pm on 7/2/2026. At 2pm, 7/2/2026, Ivanka texted "Due to a slight conflict in my schedule, I have hired another colleague ( Ellen) to join my daughter Yavanna Dill and play my part at the wedding ceremony." We were all very busy at the time, this change added more stress and nothing we could do about it at the last minute. My husband asked her why there's a change of musicians. Ivanka's response "Because I have a rehearsal with Renophil at 7 pm and was not alowed to be late. Your service will be provided exactly as planned. DO YOU SEE A problem with that?" Unprofessional. Rude. Breach of contract!
Ivanka and her daughter played for our wedding. It made the day very special. Ivanka was very responsive and helpful. The music was beautiful and we are so glad we had them play for our ceremony. I would highly recommend them.

Ivanka and her companion were wonderful. They provided beautiful live music for our ceremony at a very reasonable price.
