About Iyengar Yoga Ormond

I’m a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher (CIYT) with 15 years of teaching experience. My teaching combines the precision and depth of Iyengar Yoga with an individualized, therapeutic approach. I pay close attention to each student’s body, needs and experience level, using props, modifications and clear instruction to make the practice safe, accessible and meaningful. I offer private one-on-one sessions, small group classes, yoga for special events and personalized wellness experiences. I also offer yoga sessions as a unique and thoughtful gift. Whether you are completely new to yoga or an experienced practitioner looking to deepen your practice, I will create a session tailored specifically to you. No previous yoga experience is required.
