Freddy and his team demonstrated an astute, well-rounded grasp of the scope of work and executed it with precision and confidence. Their approach was adaptable and inventive, remaining patient and flexible through mid-project redesigns and added scope, including a garage conversion into a finished bedroom, while still maintaining strong efficiency and time discipline. Communication was clear and effective throughout—what needed to be done, how it would be done, and the overall scale of work were conveyed seamlessly. I’ll be hiring Freddy and his team again for my next project

My experience was great
Mr. Alvarez and his crew began my job on Monday and they finished the job on Wednesday. The job required removing two layers of asphalt shingles and installing a new 30 year asphalt shingle roof. They took the time on Wednesday to clean up my yard and concrete areas, which I greatly appreciated. I will recommend JA Construction to others in my community.
This company does excellent work. I would recommend them to anybody. They are five star, friendly responsible, and great to work with.
We had such a great experience! They replaced the vinyl on our house quickly and worked seamlessly around our house painting and our schedule. They went above and beyond; even stepping in to fix a part of our porch that wasn’t safe and even sealing a leak they noticed, without us even asking. They were helpful, professional, and truly cared about the quality of their work. Highly recommend!
Outstanding Work We recently hired J. A. Roofing and Construction to install a new subfloor in our attic and complete a variety of other projects in our attic, and we couldn’t be more impressed with the results. They worked very hard during difficult and hot conditions. They were very responsive and competitive in price. In addition to the subfloor, they tackled several other tasks in the attic. They began and ended the project with a positive attitude. If you’re looking for a reliable, skilled, and trustworthy contractor, look no further. We’ll absolutely be calling J. A. Roofing and Construction again for future projects. Highly recommended!
