The work was nicely done. Communication was very smooth. Will definitely come back for future projects.
The last big storm broke a panel of siding on the 3rd floor and knocked another piece to the ground. It was a small job, but he was still willing to come help me out. And now itlLooks good as new! Will definitely use again.
J&LU Construction did a great job repairing my siding. He is an extremely hard working man that doesnt take short cuts. I already have more work I want him to do. I 100% recommend J&LU construction. His prices are reasonable also
Overall, good experience.
Worked with Louis to replace parts of siding and soffet that were rotted out. He was able to come give me a quote quickly and got the work done the next week. He did an incredible job, we will definitely be using him again in the future!
Lu did a nice job replacing screen on my porch, adding new spindles to protect the bottom section of the screen, replaced and painted outside boards that hold in the screen and put up new lattice around the bottom. The project came out great.
Lu answered my request immediately and was able to come out and give me a quote same day. It was extremely reasonably priced. We had significant water damage to an exterior wall from leaking roof flashing. He was able to demolish a wall, fix the leak, replace the rotten studs, insulate, replace the wood siding and paint - all in a day and a half! And it looked great! I will not hesitate to use them again. Lu says they do “everything except plumbing and electric.” No projects too big or too small.
Luis was wonderful. my front door overhang needed a definite facelift.. I messaged Luis on Thumbtack, he gave me the best quote from 3 different contractors, and within 24 hours.. shingles and trim were replaced, good as new. Luis is very friendly and I would definitely hire him again!
Even though the job was small, it was an important fix to get done prior to selling my house. The guys from J&LU construction did an impressive timing and speedy job. They were courteous and professional. Thank you.
Luis showed up when he said he would, did what he said he'd do, and even found another item that needed attention and took care of it without extra charge!
Had a small leak from an area with some shingles that came off. Lu was very responsive and came by to do the diagnosis in a timely manner. Very professional. We Came to an agreement on a reasonable price and he got the job done as soon possible. Will hire again.
Quick and easy communication. He was out the next day to fix a siding issue I had. His pricing was competitive and the quality of the work was great. Highly recommended!
