Reviews
Be more dependable and responsive to customer. Be on time for appointment. Don't have a customer wait around for a week without any updates or communication. Waiting on an estimate or contract proposal. I have no idea how they got a 4.9 star review. Have a backup company ready if dealing with this company.
I really needed help with an extremely heavy TV replacement mounted on the wall. The two gentlemen that came out were punctual and very amiable. They removed the heavy TV and stored it in the basement. They installed the new TV using the existing wall mount. They attempted to level the TV although it was not in the conventional method but worked all the same. They concealed all the cables after insuring all the peripheral devices. All this for a reasonable price.
I needed my TV mounted on a brick fireplace using a pull down mount. I got 3 bids. I went with Jared from Diversified based on our interactions and his reviews. He listed to what I wanted, made suggestions on what I would need to do when I upgrade to a larger TV. It was a great experience and I can see why he has so many 5 star reviews I will definitely use this company again. They do more than home theater/ tvs. I've already asked them to bid another remodel project.
Jared showed up in a timely fashion. Mounted the TV and it looks great. Thank you
Jared was professional and provied a quality service at a good price. He responded and got the job done in under 24 hours. I'd highly recommend Jared to anyone looking for any handy work that needs done!
Outstanding work! In and out with a high level of quality. True pro. Put up new tv mount.
He was very responsive, a good value, professional, and friendly. Couldn’t ask for more. He mounted a tv above the brick fireplace in about an hour.
Tv mount on brick-Amazing experience! Extremely quick response to my request. Was out within 2 days. Best value on thumbtack. Even ran to the hardware store for a piece I was missing. Was finished in about an hour. Even vacuumed up his debris from drilling into the brick. Will be using for any contractor work needed in our new home!
They did an awesome job.
