Good quality popcorn ceiling removal work at a decent price.
He and his team removed all the old popcorn ceilings, and repainted all the walls and ceilings, taking into account the smell of cigarette smoke left from the previous owner. After he was done, the smell is gone, and more importantly the house looks like new.
Jay did everything I asked him to do. If you have a job that requires texturing I recommend him
They removed popcorn ceiling and made it flat, painted ceiling nice clean white and painted these large beams on my ceiling as well. Excellent job, very professional. Highly recommend Jay for you interior needs. We will be using his services again in the future.
My parents taught me an old adage. If you don’t have anything good to say about someone…….. don’t say anything !
Jay did some work in my house recently. He operates with a high level of integrity, empathy and ownership. I honestly think very few people still do business like Jay. I remember after his workers left the house, I complained about something that was unattended to. He drove back to my house to fix it, and acknowledged that his workers made a mistake, instead of pointing fingers at them, or trying to make light of my observation. I have great respect for Jay, and would not hesitate to hire him in the future for any project that he has expertise on, because you can trust him to take ownership. We might not have achieved the outcome we both wanted, but your business ethics, and personality made up for the outcome we did not have.
Jay and his team were quick, responsive, and professional!! Thank you very much for your hard work!!! You guys ROCK!!!
Jay is an excellent communicator and made coordinating the work a breeze, from initial estimate to final walkthrough. His team did excellent work and even stayed late to make sure the job got done on time - my ceilings look refreshed!
It was so refreshing working with a company that did exactly what they said they would. I would highly recommend Jay Michael Contractors, Inc
