J2 came out with short notice to clean a small area we needed done, punctual, turned out looking like brand new, will definitely have them back again when ready to tackle a larger project.
My experience was terrific from my first contact until the job was finished and they drove away. John and Jess were very careful with our house - they shielded furniture that otherwise might have been scuffed by their equipment. They were clean and took care to wipe down the surrounding floor and hallway before they left. They were polite. And our couch is clean and fresh. I have no complaints and will definitely hire them again.
Charles did an exceptional job cleaning my grout. Id hire them again.
J2 is it. If you need your old tile and grout restored this is the team. Very knowledgeable professional and friendly! Very happy with the results and the price was great!
The guys got there early and did a fantastic job! They pointed out some missing grout and finished quickly. Very professional and the quote I got was lower than many others but I couldn’t ask for a better job!
Ranked. A-1 in all categories. On time, Rofessionalal, efficient and my bathroom tile and grout looks like new. Thanks, Charles.
Great Service! Quality is second to none.
J2 did a great job cleaning our tile and recoloring the grout. Clean/neat and meticulous. Recommend.
I had 1,000 square feet of tile cleaned and also 3 bedrooms of carpet cleaned. Couldn't be happier. Highly recommend.
J2 cleaned tile counters, tile floors (LARGE kitchen and 2 bathrooms) hardwood hallways, entry way, and family room. 3 area rugs and a runner. they also filled in small areas of missing grout. Also sealed all surfaces. EXCELLENT JOB THANKYOU SO VERY MUCH
Floor tile cleaning and sealing was professionally provided. Highly recommend them.
Outstanding! I moved across country to a home in need of help and had no idea whom to trust - Jeff was knowledgable, trustworthy and accurate in his phone estimation. Further, the techs were excellent! Charles and Jacob were punctual, efficient and friendly. Icing on the cake: the floors have been restored to their original condition. I can't praise this superior company enough - thank you!!!
Great job cleaning grout, looks new. Prompt and courteous. Cleaned an extra portion of tile that wasn't quoted for the job.
