Another beautiful job done by J.A. Flooring. This is the second time I’ve hired them. They tiled my backsplash a few months ago and this time they tiled my kitchen island. Fast, clean, and extremely professional. I cannot recommend them enough.

Reviews
They are not professional or pro people, their quality of work is very poor and their response when you call them to fix or repair a problem is less than optimal. I had two bathrooms remodeled and both have issues, when I call jonnhy, several times, all he does is have you running around and making excuses that he’s busy. I’m done with this pseudo “pros”.
I cannot recommend this company enough! They are friendly, professional, and very meticulous. They did a beautiful job on my kitchen. I chose two different tiles and they did the installation in one day. All I needed to provide was the tile and they brought everything else. The gentleman that came was extremely hard working and efficient. A+ all around.
J.A. Flooring was able to help me get tiling installed quickly! They were great and did quality work, finishing sooner than the estimated time! I absolutely would hire them again in the future if i have anymore flooring projects and would absolutely recommend them to others.
Jones and his guys were absolutely amazing! They were highly professional and delivered quality work.
Jones at JA Flooring along with his workers were absolutely amazing! The intricate cuts of the tile and the precision is outstanding! I now love my home again!
WOW. just WOW. What a professional job, exactly what we wanted and they were responsive, professional and thoughtful. Everything went as smoothly as possible and we got everything we wanted. It truly transformed our whole home! I can’t thank them enough for the wonderful job they did, and it truly turned out so well! We had almost our entire house flooring redone as well as our outdoor front porch area. Some before and after pictures, too! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!! The first picture is the before the rest after.
Jones and his crew was great. He came in with a fair price and was able to start right away. We had existing tile and needed to have our living room & bedrooms tiles as well. They were able to match the tile up and take the carpeting out. They also installed new baseboard (installed, painted & caulked). Tile matches up perfectly except for the fact that their workmanship was better. Great communication! We couldn’t be happier
We were in need of having our new construction home master bath shower sealed. JA Flooring responded to my inquiry quickly by coming to the house to look at the shower JA Flooring came the next morning at 8 am with the necessary sealer and completed the job in a timely fashion. After completing the job he explained exactly what and how he completed the job and that another application should be applied in six months He explained that I could do the reapplication or that he would return to do it. He left the sealer with me and ensured that the area was as he found it.
I hired J.A flooring to do a full renovation on two bathrooms. Working with Jones and his team was a great experience. They were professional , and payed very close attention to detail. Jones was exceptionally helpful with carrying out my design concept for both bathrooms I could not be happier. The results are stellar and I would hire him again without question. 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Don’t hesitate to hire these guys. Jones helped me to stay on budget and he always showed up to talk about the project and make sure we were on the same page about everything. We had a difficult tile install through out the whole house but his crew showed up everyday took their time and made sure it was all perfect. They are respectful and clean up after they’re done everyday. This is who you want doing your flooring!
Tile work is a 10/10 I am very happy with the job. I will recommend to friends and family
I don’t write reviews but I read all the reviews about JA. Since the reviews helped me so much I decided to help others. Fabio was great. He’s like a tile artist! He arrived early, worked all day to complete everything in one day. We love the end results. It’s exactly what we wanted. They left everything nice and clean. Thanks JA.
I wanted to hire all 3 Thumbtack contractors I interviewed, but settled on Jones after speaking with one of his references. Jones and Lucas were everything his reference said they were - on time, professional, detail oriented. I wanted a stone and mother of Pearl mosaic installed as a kitchen backsplash. There were four walls (one on a 45 degree angle), five outlets, a 4 inch granite backsplash and an accordion cabinet that I wanted removed. I wanted stainless metal trim detail and to have the stone sealed. They worked fast and cleaned as they worked. there was minimal cleanup for me when the job was finished. The cuts are good - especially on the 45. I had specific layout instructions for them - which they followed to a T! They also finished earlier than I had anticipated. Their price was higher than the others, but there were no surprises, no additional costs, and I have no complaints. It has been by far the best experience I have had with a contractor. It’s beautiful. I knew it would change my kitchen, but I wasn’t anticipating how much I would love my kitchen after it was finished.
I chose Jones after meeting with him and one other professional from Thumbtack. Jones came to my home looked at my job and provided me with a detailed quote later that day. From the start his approach and professionalism far surpassed the other person I met with. I made some changes to the scope and he quickly provided an updated estimate. The night before work was to begin, Jones texted me to let me know who would be coming and when. The plumber was the first to arrive and completed his work quickly. He made the recommendation to move the height of the shower head and the controls. The next person, Lucas was the tile person. He came and installed the cement board and waterproofing. Over the next two and half days, he tiled and grouted the shower and the floor in my bathroom. He was absolutely amazing. I couldn’t believe how perfect his cuts were. It was a flawless tile installation! On the final day, Andre came to install my glass doors. He texted me to introduce himself and let me know when he was arriving. (Note: I was going to attempt to this myself, but I’m so glad I didn’t. It was way more complicated than I could handle.) Andre laid everything out in the garage, reviewed all the instructions and methodically completed the installation. All while ensuring the surrounding work area was protected with blankets. He showed me the final installation and made sure I was satisfied with how the doors worked. He thoroughly cleaned the entire work space both in the garage and in the bathroom. Jones followed up after Andre left to ensure I was satisfied with the end result. Jones and his team are true professionals who take pride in their work - which you don’t often find these days. They are a rare commodity!! I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them for my next project. You will NOT be disappointed working with this team.
Lucas arrived promptly and was very professional. We have three cats but luckily Lucas is a cat person and was not bothered. The job was completed in two days and the result was better then we had hoped. A most exellent result. Thank you Lucas, and the team at J.A. Flooring! JW
I cannot say enough about this company! They made sure to cover my floors to keep my house protected, the workmanship on the tile job was superb and very professional. I am very picky about details and I have nothing to complain about with Jones and Aquila. They make sure my dream became reality!!!! The backsplash behind the sinks finished off the bathroom perfectly. Now it makes sense!!!
