Colton did a fantastic job with my project. He was reliable and had a strong work ethic. It was very wet and rainy when he was doing the project but he still pushed forward doing what he could when he could and he had good judgment when the wet became too much. In the end, he completed the project on time as expected and with no additional charges. I'm going to hire him again. We had several feet of dirt up against our house from the erosion of the hill above us. This caused pressure on the house and allowed lots of water penetration from underneath. We asked him to excavate the soil, build a rock wall for support and because it looks nice and create a french drain.

This company REALLY needs to reconsider their estimate fees! 150.00 dollars to take down two trees??!! I never had to pay bids for any landscaping services. They were the highest as well! had more than five contractors take bids for my bathroom and no one charged an estimate fee! I had 4 roofing bids that came out and no one took an estimate fee. Thumbtack auto populated this company for me to get a bid from. My fault for not reading closely. This won’t happen again. Buyer Beware!

Extremely pleased with the work completed. Trees were removed, including a monster of a root that Colton dug up so the grinding wouldn’t make a mess, and it was all cleaned up nicely. I will definitely hire this company again.

I would highly recommend Jackman & Brooks Contracting. We hired him at 9ish to do some snow removal for us. We set up a 1 pm appointment. If I would have checked my text messages he was willing to arrive a hour earlier. He arrived on time and was told what we wanted done. He then went to work and finished within a hour and 30 minutes. He even did a couple of extra area's when asked and without any issues. We had to leave our place before he finished and when we arrived back he was gone. But before he left he finished what he said he would do. I would 100% rehire Colton Jackman to do another job for us.

Absolutely a good experience. Concrete is tough when it's your front step, and we're trying to sell our house, so wanted it to look good, but be a pretty fast job. Colton came a couple minutes late, but texted--love communication. He walked us through the process. Now we've lived with it for 2 weeks and it looks great. Solid, solid job. Cleaned up everything. I'd hire him again in a flash. We watched him smoothing, and then re-smoothing. A perfectionist. Wished we'd done this long ago. Also, were very happy with the price.

Jackman & Brooks Contracting completed two concrete-repair projects at out home: one in the basement and one in the garage. The garage project required cutting out a failing section of existing concrete, and replacing it and extending the garage floor beyond it.
