Jacky texted in advance of her arrival, so I knew when exactly to expect her. She came with her own cleaning supplies as we discussed and did a very thorough job very efficiently. My home sparkled and felt fresh when she left. She is a thought professional that I give the very highest recommendation.
I reached out to them several times and no response. I’ve used them once in the past and have recommended 2 people to them. I just think it’s unprofessional to not respond to messages or calls.
She did a wonderful job and I hired her again to come back in 3 weeks
Jackys cleaning was pretty good!! My fridge, oven, toilet and shower looked brand new. The only complaint I have is lack of attention to baseboards. But the way my appliances looked was worth every cent. Thank you!!

I’m disappointed. The cleaning Definitely did not meet my expectations. I had them come to do a deep cleaning. I had them come while I was at work and when I got home I was surprised at how much they left out. I had to clean up after the cleaner. Things were tossed on my bed. My children’s play home had things tossed around. I asked them to specifically make sure to wipe the baseboards because they were starting to get grime and they weren’t touched. My cabinets are still dirty. My tv wasn’t wiped off. There are hand prints on my tv stand and tv, that weren’t touched or cleaned. The bay window area was not touched. Things piled on my kitchen table Overall disappointed in the work.
They were the worse floors were still dirty, left dirt in the back of my steps didn't fix up the couch., did nothing i asked them to do . Me paying a 150 was not worth it i could have done a better job then they did a waste if my then going to refund me 37.00 dollars.. I deleted the other photos but I did find one. I would not THEM!!!
Jacky is a real life saver. I needed my townhouse cleaned out after the chaos of moving to a new state. She was responsive, polite and I can tell loves her work. I gave her a key and she came early and made the place look ready to rent. Can’t say enough about the jokingly OCD cleaning level also. Check out her photos! 5 stars
