Very happy with the workmanship. Ariel, Jesus, and the rest of the construction team were very professional and produced a very high quality work. There is some improvement needed on the communication and scheduling, but otherwise, the experience was good and the output was excellent.

Reviews
Some of the contractors aren’t listening to the paying customer. The result of some my project with Jacob Construction was defective and flawed. The only solution said was demolish everything I have to pay again for a brand new project. I will avoid Jacob Construction from now on.
Jacob is friendly & knowledgeable
Good workmanship, very happy with results. Slightly better communication would have been nice. But good experience overall.
Jacob was our general contractor who handled a full home remodel. Overall, we had a positive experience with the entire process. First, our project showed high quality of work. Jacob sources strong vendors and also checks on his own to ensure tasks are completed and quality is good. Some of the most minute details are well thought out. Next, Jacob is very approachable and easy to talk to. Planning specific items and tasks was always a great experience as Jacob was attentive and open to feedback and collaboration. We did hit some roadblocks along the way but we based this review on Jacob’s role as a general contractor and his ability to overcome these obstacles. There were instances where we saw that some of the vendors were not treating our home with an acceptable level of cleanliness and respect. After talking to Jacob, we saw that there was improvement in this respect almost immediately. We know that there are factors outside of Jacob’s control and appreciated that he apologized on the team’s behalf and quickly set forth to rectify. Separately, we faced a situation where we were having trouble getting in contact with Jacob during a critical part of the project. After a quick chat, Jacob was quick to adjust and went above and beyond to ensure communication and timing was followed through well. In terms of cost, while the construction market is very expensive now given COVID, Jacob’s price was within fair competitive range. Overall, Jacob is great to collaborate with, always open to feedback and adjustment, and upholds high standards of quality. I recommend him if you are looking for a general contractor!
Very thorough explaining each step.
Called them to request quote for bathroom remodel. The guy was asking all kinds of questions to check if we have construction knowledge. Do know that is hot map? do you know what is this and that. And he gave a quote for $47K-$49K for remodeling two small bathroom. terrible experience. save yourself some time and don't request quote from these guys.
I met with other contractors around the area but did not feel like the quotes were reasonable but Jacobs quote for my bathroom was and I’m so happy with how it turned out. Great job with my bathroom remodel. I do feel like it’s done very well. We picked all the tiles, hardware, and appliances. His team was kind enough to pick them up for us as well. We decided to use Jacob construction for other parts of the house (roofing, kitchen, flooring, etc) as well. Will post more pictures as we go through the projects. Very happy to have a found a trustworthy contractor.
Jacob installed a Butler’s pantry for me in my kitchen. I was blown away with how seamless the process was! The same day I signed the contract with Jacob, he sent his cabinet guy to come at this time my cabinets. Throughout each step of the process Jacob and his workers were timely, respectful, and efficient— finishing the project to match my exact vision! Thank you Jacob for being so amazing to work with! I would recommend Jacob Construction to all my friends and family!
