Hire this guy! He is very professional and will do a great job. He is also very reasonable.
He responded quickly and showed up when promised. Great work quality and made sure I was happy with the results.
Jacob was on time and kept us informed of the whole process. Could not be more happy with the result of his work.
We’re very pleased with the work done by Jacob Home Services LLC.
Jacob is a life saver! Very happy to have found him to help with my house projects.
Jacob was amazing. We hired him to change out 2 ceiling fans, replace a light with new ceiling fan and change out four other light fixtures. He was honest and fair. One ceiling fan couldn’t be replaced due to a wiring issue that requires an electrician’s services. He didn’t charge us for it. On another ceiling fan, some drywall came off the ceiling and he fixed it, instead of leaving it. While he was here, he answered any question we had, was kind and professional and prompt. One question led to him adjusting a closet door, which was not in the original scope of work. His pricing was extremely fair and we will most definitely hire him again, when the need arises.
So thankful to have found Jacob! I highly recommend. He was prompt with response to my requests, on time and even flexible with my add-on service. He really knows what he's doing and executed the project. Exactly how I would want.
Meticulous and detail oriented. Hung a 6 x 3 ft folding screen over a stairway that required dual ladders at a height exceeding 15 feet. Placed exactly as requested. Fair pricing. Would hire again with no reservations and highly recommended.
Absolutely amazing and quick service! We will definitely use him for future services going forward.
