Great experience with Jake, professional and easy to work with. Well be looking to work with him again for other projects
We needed to have a water filtration system installed in our home, so we contacted Jake at True Plumbing. He responded immediately and was able to come out that same day to look at it and give me a quote. He and his team were incredibly professional and gave us a really fair quote. We made an appointment for him to come back a few days later and do the work. He showed up on the assigned day, right on time and got straight to work. I’m really happy with the quality of work and how easy it was to work with them. I will be calling Jake and True plumbing for any future plumbing needs! Would recommend highly!
Jake responded quickly and professionally and offered a fair price.
Jake ran gas through a crawl space and into the kitchen for me. Everything came out perfect and I am very happy with my new gas range! He also went out of his way to help light our (not lit in 4 years) gas fireplace. Highly recommended!
This is the man for your plumbing needs. He is prompt and delivers professional service and is a great value. He provided next day service for a leaking water heater and leaking sink disposal. I will use him for any future plumbing issues I have.
Personal, friendly, great work ethic, trust and true value
Jake has been absolutely fabulous during the process! I contacted him on Sunday and he was out at my home today (Wednesday) to figure out what was going on regarding low water pressure from my outside faucets. I am out of town so he was solo at the house. He called me when he arrived, during the process to tell me what was going on and the cost of the repair. He also took pics showing the problem without me even asking for any. When he finished up he let me know the house was locked up and everything was repaired! He couldn’t have been more professional! He was on time, responsive and I would definitely hire him again! Thanks Jake and I appreciate your help!!
Jake was awesome! He came out quickly and knew exactly how to get the job done. He installed a complex, whole home water filtration system efficiently, even providing explanations of what was being done along the way. The finished installation was nice, clean and well done. Very happy and highly recommend.
Jake came and installed a saniflo toilet system in my shed. It was a big job that required trenching, drilling, and knowledge of the saniflo toilet system. He did a great job! He was on time and great to work with. I would definitely recommend him for any plumbing needs that you have.
