We had a great experience with our plumber! He arrived on time, was very professional, and his pricing was fair and reasonable. He was able to get everything we needed done in just one day, and the entire process went smoothly. We really enjoyed working with him and appreciated his professionalism, efficiency, and quality of work. We would definitely use his services again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy plumber!
Very quick and reliable! Went out of his way to find the right part for our 1930s home. Great quality work—trustworthy and professional. Highly recommend!
I'm so happy I went with this company! I will definitely continue to call on Joel thank u my family appreciated you!
Quick solution!
I had a smart toilet (bidet toilet) installed by Joel Alfaro from Jalex Property MaintenanceLLC, and I couldn't be happier with the service provided. From start to finish, Joel was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. The installation process was seamless. He arrived on time, equipped with all the necessary tools, and explained the installation process clearly. Joel ensured that everything was set up correctly and took the time to show me how to operate the new features of my smart toilet. What impressed me the most was the attention to detail and the cleanliness of the work area. Joel made sure there was no mess left behind and even checked to make sure everything was functioning perfectly before leaving. I highly recommend Joel Alfaro for any plumbing needs, especially for anyone looking to upgrade to a smart toilet. Thank you for the excellent service!
Jalex Plumbing was very professional and did an amazing job replacing my kitchen sink. I will save his information for future things!
If you don't want to read the whole review - just go hire Joel - he is amazing! Now for the full story: The bolt holding the bottom of my shower door broke, and NOBODY could simply fix it. Everyone wanted to charge me upwards of $2500 to install a whole new door because apparently there isn't anywhere to buy parts only for pivot-hinged frameless shower doors. Joel was amazing! He was able to fabricate a piece of metal to attach to the frame and took the cost of my job from $2500+ down to less than $500. He saved me THOUSANDS of dollars! HIRE THIS MAN! All the stars aren't enough to give him! *Pay no attention to the gross - looking shower - the efforts to try and fix it the past six weeks left it nasty looking, but now that it's fixed we can finally get it sparkling again thanks to Joel!
WOW WOW WOW!!!! We had Joel change 3 toilets and he completed the job in 3 hours and they look fantastic!! He responded to me immediately when I requested a quote. Very kind gentleman, professional, excellent value, and kind. I’m grateful!!

JALEX came the same day, and was in and out in less than 1.5 hours. Double checked with him that there were no leaks once finished and the installation of both products looked flawless.
