Contacted for a refrigerator leak. He came out on very short notice and took care of the issue. I would recommend and hire again in the future.
Came within four hours of my request. Literally solved the issue within an hour, and even had the part already without needing to order one. I’d definitely recommend!!
James was fast, efficient and he clean up his work space. I will use him again and again! 5star service
James was responsive and performed the work well and at a great price
Communicate with customer better. Make sure they understand all aspects of the service. Be willing to accommodate them with alternatives other than blaming them for their lack of knowledge. That's why we get the pro for the job because we are not pros. Washer is still not working. Part that was order from online didn't work.
James did a great job! He was fast and professional! Very reasonable might I add.
Mr James was good and efficient. Fixed two of my appliances at once, same day.
James responded promptly, arrived with hour window of 9-12 as promised, quickly repaired dryer and even provided camera shots. Highly recommend James as knowledgeable and accurately correcting repairs to dryer with comfortable pricing. Thanks James, we will absolutely use James agin in future repairs.🙌
