We manage an apartment complex and require Lanilogic to coordinate the repair directly with the tenant while also keeping us updated on the repair estimate. They responded quickly, completed the repair in a timely manner, and the tenant confirmed the disposal was removed. They were kind, courteous, and professional throughout the process.

Janilogic did an amazing job on my exterior light installation. I was looking to install flood motion lights that required wiring and a switch in stall. They were up to the job and did great work to ensure that my expectations were met and they were very punctual. Would welcome them back for future jobs.
Alex was great! So professional! He made all the repairs, cleaned up after himself and even gave insight to probable causes of my issues. During the repairs, he comforted my dog who was upset because we’d placed him in the crate during the service call. What a gentleman!
My experience with JANILOGIC was really good. They were professional and were able to help me with the electrical issue. They provide a fair price as well.
Alex is absolutely fantastic. The work he did was flawless, he was responsive, and he truly went above and beyond to make sure the product he gave us was the best it could be. We can’t wait to work with him on our next project!
Alex helps us regularly with our real estate properties. He is very talented, professional, fair, and does great work. He is always the first person I call when I need work done for our properties.
Alex was professional and fantastic to work with. He switched out two ceiling fans, two overhead lights, and two vanity bathroom lights for me. I won’t hesitate to contact him in the future should I have any other projects I need help with.
