Phillip was kind, professional, quick, and affordable. This was my first time hiring a professional for carpet/couch cleaning. I’d hire him again!
My rugs look beautiful. Tyrise was so helpful. We are senior citizens and he helped to move furniture and gave us tips on rug care. We were surprised that the cost was so reasonable. We will definitely use Janz Carpet cleaning again.
Received messages for a quote and now it’s been 2 days since I’ve gotten a response. Communication is extremely poor and I won’t be using this company for my cleaning needs.
I am so amazed at how the carpet was transformed! Definitely using him again!!!!! Exceeded my expectations! These pictures don’t say it enough!
They did a great job! My furniture looks new! Would recommend them to any one

I scheduled a call the day before and they were extremely responsive. He was very professional and arrived at my appointment time on the dot! I had 6 rooms & a mattress done and they all look amazing! I typically get my carpets and upholstery professionally cleaned twice a year. I think I found my new company and I will definitely be working with them again!
