Jared answered the call on Thursday evening to come out Friday afternoon to shim the front door on our rental property so it opens and closes better and has a uniform gap on left and right sides. He fabricated a custom 5/16" offset, installed it and put the door back on the hinges, then made a couple alterations to the door frame and installed the new double strike for the door knob lock and the deadbolt lock. He cleaned up everything and was delightful to work with. I highly recommend Jared's Contracting.

He was very hard to reach. He misquoted the job. He charges only by the hour and he is very very slow. His work was substandard. He worked on a deck in the rain. He left wood in my yard that he was supposed to take away that had rusty nails sticking up and hurt my grass. I had to pay someone else to remove it. I filed a complaint but he refused to give me credit for having to remove old deck boards. I would not use him again!
Jared was reliable and helpful. I will definitely use him again!
Jared did a wonderful job assembling my cabinet. He was very professional, kind, made me feel comfortable and at ease with me inviting someone I didn't know into home especially with everything going on these days I was a little nervous using this App/Service but it was truly great!!! will be recommending him !!Thanks Jared!!!!!!!!
Jared was extremely easy to work with and did a great job. He was fast to respond to my request and was able to get the work done (modifying a cabinet to remove an old dishwasher, install new valves, and install a new dishwasher) efficiently. Would recommend using him again for other jobs as well.
Jared has been great to work with. Answers all questions and concerns. His work is impeccable and precise.
Jared went above and beyond to get all long list of tasks complete even when the weather get bad and the sun set. Highly recommended!
Jared was able to help us remove floating laminate flooring in multiple rooms and level a fridge & freezer with perfection. We had a quick turnaround time due to our move in date and he was accommodating with our request. We will be using him for custom carpentry and other projects very soon.
The lies look as I expected. It is exactly what I wanted. He may not have been punctual, but he was responsive and professional once he arrived. The lights work.
He did a great job! He worked so hard. He modified my cabinets and had to move an outlet.
