About Jarvis Morales
I’m Jarvis, a residential maintenance technician with over 6 years of hands-on experience helping homeowners, renters, and property managers with repairs, installations, and everyday home projects. I specialize in jobs such as TV mounting, ceiling fans and light fixtures, appliance installation, plumbing repairs, furniture assembly, shelving, outlets and switches, and general home maintenance. My goal is simple: show up when I say I will, communicate clearly, do the job correctly, and leave your home in good condition when I’m finished. I take pride in being dependable, professional, and straightforward with customers from the initial quote through completion of the job. I’m also honest about the work I take on. If something requires a different specialty or is outside the scope of what I can properly handle, I’ll tell you rather than take on a job I can’t confidently complete. When reaching out, please send a brief description of what you need done, your general availability, and a few photos if possible. This usually allows me to provide a more accurate quote and get you scheduled faster. If you’re looking for reliable help with a project around your home, feel free to reach out and let’s see what you need done.
