Jason did show up to start our deck repair. The quality of his initial work was rather disappointing, but he said he would finish it the next time he came back. We prepaid $500, which was well over twice what he actually did so far. Then he never came back. I believe he might have been slightly hurt, But he refuses to communicate so I have no idea. We’ve given up on him. We will find someone responsible to finish this job.

Stay away from this contractor! I paid for an 18' garage door opening to be framed. Instead they framed for a 16' door skewed all the way to the right side instead of centering it. They did it that way so they didn't have to replace the LVL causing them half the labor I paid for. Then they left all the debris behind for over a month and a half in my driveway. I had to hire another company to remove the debris that was supposed to be removed by Jason after framing. Here I am willing to pay him TWICE for the same job and he can't be bothered to reply. Now thirty nine days later he finally responds by saying I have not tried to contact him for months. I have pictures of my multiple attempts to reach him and his response below.

He respond quickly with an estimate and communicated well up until I hired him and gave him 50% down. He would say he would show up at a certain time and then not arrive. Project is now sitting in limbo half done and have not heard from him since Wednesday, August 5. No communication in 20 days and I am out $2100. He worked 4 half days in this project.
