It took a week for him to stop by for an estimate, and then he didn’t get back to us even after we checked in. It ended up being a bit of a time-waster for everyone.

Reviews
Highly recommend Jay Painting! We painted 2 rooms and a stairwell. The crew did a neat job, paid attention to detail and left the space spotless. The owner is easy to work with and communicates well.
Jay and his team did a magnificent job decorating my home. I highly recommend him. He will be hired again for Christmas 2025.
This is the second time I’ve hired Jay’s Painting, LLC…professional, timely responses and quality work
I couldn’t be happier with the work done on our playset! Jay applied the water sealant with such attention to detail, making sure every surface was thoroughly covered to protect it from the elements. They were punctual, professional, and clearly knowledgeable about the best products and techniques for the job. Our playset looks fantastic and feels ready to withstand any weather. I highly recommend this contractor for anyone looking to protect and extend the life of their outdoor structures!”
Working with Jay was a great experience. Not only was he able to come in on the dates I needed, he finished the job early and we are so happy with his work! I will definitely contact him again for other rooms in our house. So responsive to texts and questions, a great experience overall.
If I could give 10 stars I would!!! Jay and his crew were professional, polite, and punctual. Painted my entire new construction home in 4 days (1 day prep + 3 days paint); 3 bedrooms, an office, and an open plan family room/kitchen. My wife and I can’t be happier with the work!!! Jay & his team are highly recommended and will be hired again for our 3 bathrooms. Again, outstanding job Jay, you’re the best!!! Thanks again!!! Dr. Timothy and Rev. Dr. Kimmie Boyd
Jay is fantastic to work with! He painted our entire upstairs in a week. Had a professional crew and did impeccable work. I’d recommend him for sure to anyone looking to have a painting project done on a tight deadline!
Great experience with Jay painting. Used them to wallpaper a powder room. Will definitely use them again. Don’t hesitate. Great experience.
Had jay come in to get an estimate, and the next day he started and finished the job. He was very professional and friendly. Knows his things well. Very fast too! Definitely hiring him again and highly recommend.
Great job!
I am very happy with the work done. Jay and his crew got the job done quickly and professionally…will hire again!
I contacted Jay through thumbtack to repaint the kitchen cabinets and change the stone and backsplash. Overall, I’m very happy with the result. Jay and his team is able to complete the job within a week time frame as we originally agreed. The team is very professional and make the place clean everyday before they leave the site. Jay come back for the minor touch up after a week (as he has to travel in between) and is very thorough with the touch up to make sure the work is of high quality. Jay is very responsive and gave good suggestions throughout the whole process. I highly recommend working with Jay on home remodel projects.
Good painting crew. Professional and good value for the quality of work. Definitely will use them again.
Jay does fabulous work. I would definitely hire him for more home projects.
Jay did a great job putting up holiday lights on our house. He was super responsive, we worked out the timing remotely, and he did a great job.
Virgilio and Marvin arrived at time they stated. They removed my first floor popcorn ceiling, repaired imperfections, and primed quickly and efficiently at a very fair price. Cleaned up well afterward. They were both very professional and respectful. Would use them again in the future.
I’d give Jay 10 stars if I could! The whole experience was amazing from the quick response, great price and beautiful workmanship. Jay and his crew came in and completed popcorn removal, primer and paint on cathedral ceilings all in one day! He even went above and beyond by adding in the bathroom ceiling and didn’t end up leaving the house until 7pm. I could not be happier, HIGHLY recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future!!
Wonderful job wallpapering my office with self-adhesive paper. Guys showed up on time, price was as quoted, and they worked fast and quietly. Will hire again for additional projects. Thank you!
Thank you for being flexible and efficient with the paint and small repair work I needed.
