In short I would not hire Jay for any serious job more than replacing faucets or something. It pains me to write this review because Jay is a young plumber who seemed very professional and promising at the beginning. However he made serious miscalculations during the job and took the money and stopped responding. I had him replace my shutoff valve and pressure regulator and somehow after all was set and done and I filled the area back with dirt I realized that the valve was half was buried in the ground and the handle for shutoff valve was also a couple of inches in the ground. So he didn't clearly take the ground level inond when installing the valves. One of the issues with Jay is that this is his side hussle. He did the job after work hours and ran out of day light, then he was using his phone flahs light for a critical job like this. This shows unpreparedness and lack of experience. Worse than all, he decides to run and hide after a big mess. This is why I wouldn't let him touch anything serious in my house

Awesome quick service.
We worked with Mel and he was great. He was very punctual and installed 2 toilets for us. Though he had to work around some pre existing issues with one them he took the extra time to resolve the issue and stuck to the quoted estimate. He also checked on a couple of suspected clogs and leaks in the bathroom for us and didn’t charge extra for the diagnosis. We would love to work with him again!
He is an excellent plumber and completed the work professionally and quickly.
Jay gave me an instant, decisive quote. He completed the task in quick time. He clearly knew what we was doing, cleaned up meticulously after he was done and was friendly throughout, especially for a job that late in the evening. Strongly recommended!
