We had our flooring already purchased and wanted it installed on a short timeline. Jose was able to preview the job and provide a quote quickly. His quote was fair and we chose to add an electrical outlet in our concrete slab before the flooring was laid. This element came out excellent and now allows us to have electrical near our recliners. We thought about adding baseboards after day one and quickly received a quote, again at a very reasonable price. Day two, the flooring was laid, the baseboards installed and caulked, finishing the project. The floors came out beautiful and I’m very happy with the quality of work and professionalism JB Flooring performed. We have a couple of other jobs we discussed and will be using this company again in the future. Thank you Jose!

Very responsive and accommodating. They did a great job smoothing out my uneven subfloor and installing some VCT tiles
JB Flooring did an excellent job. Jose is a professional consultant. He guided us through flooring choice patiently. His crew did a great job installing the laminate. They were considerate of my home and furniture. They did a complete clean up after the job was complete.
Company did an amazing job with our floors. They were timely and completed the job as expected. Price was reasonable and work was quality. Would recommend again!
Horrific customer service. I originally reached out for tile services. He confirmed he would arrive at my location this past Saturday to take measurements of the floor. Over the past week I confirmed the date and time with him on more than one occasion. Once Saturday morning arrived I AGAIN reached out to confirm I would see him at noon. He didn’t not respond until a couple of hours later stating he was on a job and wouldn’t be able to make it despite our confirmation. He asked if we could reschedule for the following day. While I was unable to, I asked if he could call me that day so we could figure out a more ideal date to reschedule. He NEVER called me back nor text me after that. This is not how you do business and it is extremely unprofessional. I wouldn’t encourage anyone to entertain his business if you value proper business ethics and effective communication. 0/10…would not recommend.
Took carpet from my closet and patched this area where cabinets were
Friendly and prompt. Great job! Would work with them again
JB Flooring was amazing! Great communication and hard work. I truly appreciate Jose and the work that he and his company did for me
Jose was so great to work with. He gave me an honest quote and was the first to offer a solution for my complex flooring problem without making it seem like he was going to have to move Earth itself to get it done. So refreshing and after ten years of frustrated waiting, I finally have a beautiful floor that will last for many many years. Definitely would recommend for tile work.
Jose was very quick to respond and flexible helping us with our last minute project. The project turned out great!
