My husband and I scheduled an appointment with Jeff and we were excited because of his responsiveness. The day of our appointment we received a text sharing that the contractor he had for the job was no longer coming. Jeff never attempted to reschedule nor responded to our inquiry thereafter. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

JB pressure washing did a fantastic job to pressurewash my front steps. The porch was in very poor condition prior to their work and they did an excellent job to take care and make it look great! They also were thorough to clean the front siding and even helped repair and remove some foliage from my gutters. 10/10 would recommend

I needed my driveway power washed to meet a tight deadline before the driveway sealers arrived, and Jeffrey went above and beyond. He even came out the very night we spoke to help me get started, ensuring I could stay on schedule. He finished the job within two days, not because he had to, but because he genuinely wanted to support me in meeting that deadline. Jeffrey was methodical, thoughtful, and incredibly professional. The results were fantastic, and the curb appeal made a huge difference. I highly recommend him and will definitely call on him again!

I really wanted to leave a good review, but I cannot. My job was done on Tuesday and I waited until Saturday to leave this review because I was assured they would come back to finish/clean-up the mess they made. When the job was complete I did a walk-thru but everything was still soaking wet, so I did not notice anything wrong. Is was told to wait for it to dry and the send him pictures if anything was missed or needed to be redone. A few hours later I went outside when everything had dried and found dried mud all over everything, my lawn furniture, my driveway, my fence and my car, which happens to be white, and I found a section of the house that had been completely missed. I took pictures, sent them and was told they would come back the next day (Wednesday) to clean up and finish. He texted me at 8:00 pm that night to say they would not be able to come. When I requested them to please come on Thursday I started getting a lot of pushback and rude responses, which I would be happy to post as proof. He finally conceded that "someone from his company" would be out Thursday morning, or he would come himself on Thursday afternoon after completing another job. I even stressed to him that my Birthday was this weekend and a lot of people would be coming to my house on Saturday for a big party in my yard and I needed everything cleaned up by then. I did not see or hear from anyone on Thursday. By 11:00 am Friday I had still not heard from anyone, so I sent a simple text..."will you be coming today?", no response. I again texted Friday evening and them to please contact me.....nothing! So here we are at Saturday and my party is this afternoon. The entire reason I hired someone to do it is because I am recovering from a broken back....I got my pressure washer out of storage and finished the job myself!! Very unprofessional and very sloppy work. Will be suing for my money back.
