WOW! Jack called me minutes after my Thumbtack outreach, was in Milwaukee, offered to pick up my toilet, and install right after, SAME day! No upcharge for it being a Saturday late afternoon. Installed within 45 minutes! from outreach, material pick up and install happened with 120 minutes!!!! This is almost unheard of! Jack was professional, personable, and was incredibly well priced. Cheers to a hard working young man in the trades! We need more of you.
Excellent. He was nice, professional and efficient. I would recommend him to anyone.
Jack was very responsive and informed me clearly of the problem and the solution and he delivered the solution promptly. Truly appreciate him.
great job on the install, and a fair price.
Jack took the time to explain what we needed to resolve our problem & concerns given our past experience with previous workmanship from another plumber. He was efficient & thorough; a true professional. We will use him for any future needs.
Jack showed up on time and installed our new faucet. He also was prepared to work with the new sink drains we had purchased. Because they were different from the old ones he was able to make it work using new pipes that he had brought along. Because I had taken good pictures he could see what he Neto complete the job.
