John was perfect. He arrived on time and went directly to work. He answered all my questions and was very helpful.

John does top-notch work as advertised and had the eye and experience to get great results from our exterior door trim project. He was very responsive over the app and early for both meeting to see the work beforehand and for the day of work itself. We'll be calling John again for other finish carpentry!

Extremely high quality work!

John helped to remodel our fireplace (wood paneling) and add a new mantel. The finished result came out exactly how we wanted it and the process with John couldn’t have been better. From day one, he was responsive, professional, friendly, and fair (oh and punctual —which is also important)! We are definitely going to use John again for upcoming jobs. Thanks!

John replaced a rotten wood door jamb with solid Redwood and saved me replacing my existing exterior door. He did a great job and you can't tell the jamb has been replaced.

This is what this guy wrote to me in trying to get me to hire him. You "do the math" of whether you really want do deal with him as a contractor.

I had a great experience with John. He installed new baseboards in my apartment among other finish carpentry things. Good guy!

Did a great job installing a cat door and hanging a floating shelf.

John is not only a wonderful carpenter, he’s a wonderful guy. He responded to my request immediately, arrived on time to inspect the project, offered good insights, and fixed the problem quickly. He obviously has years of experience and a high level of expertise. I strongly recommend John and will certainly call on him for future projects.
