Highly recommend. I called them on a Friday afternoon as I was needing 2 ft X 50 ft strip of pavers and concrete removed to plant planters and trees. After a little back n forth on the scope and price, we quickly came to an agreement. I was thinking maybe a week possibly two to get something booked, the icing on the cake was they were out the next Saturday morning at 8AM. Came in, demoed out a perfectly parallel line to my fence, and hauled away the trash. Quick, efficient, and great value for the work.
I was so pleased with George and Claudia’s attentitiveness to the communication, quality work, and professionalism. I needed substantial concrete removed, both flat work and cinder block walls. This was hard work. George brought the crew and the right tools. And they kept the project orderly and clean through completion. They didn’t cut any corners. And Claudia kept me in the loop the whole time with timely and relevant communication. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for similar work.
Reliable, punctual & excellent workmanship~ highly recommend Thku x
JC Demolition did a quick, excellent job! It was a rather small job, but they treated it like it was important, and even went above and beyond by doing extra cleanup that was not expected at all. Friendly and right on time. Thanks guys!
George did a fantastic job removing the. Ricks and concrete from this planter so I can extend the grass later. He even filled in and leveled a gap left by some of the removed bricks. I’m super happy with this!
life saver! We were looking for help demoing a bathroom after starting it ourselves and realizing it was more work than we could handle ourselves. JC Demolition reached out quickly, worked with me on a plan and budget, and was able to come out within 2 days and knock the job out in 1 day! They were also respectful of my home and kept clean - and respectful of noise and my animals. I will be hiring them again for the next project. They’ll get you ready to remodel!
Working with JC Demolition was a great experience! I reached out for a quote to have some concrete walls removed, and Claudia got back to me within minutes to schedule George for an onsite estimate. Their pricing was competitive, and on the day of the job, the crew showed up right on time. They completed the work efficiently and left the site super clean. I’m really happy with how everything turned out and would definitely use them again!
George did a great job! On time and extremely helpful. Thank you for your help!
I had a previous company that took two days to do half of my 12*8 bathroom a did not show up again. JC company came in one day and took absolutely everything in four hours. Communication is extremely good. My place was completely clean after like nothing happened!! Thank you so much. I will recommend to all my friends.
They removed a faux fireplace from my living room. They worked really fast and were very neat and clean. When they were done there was no residue leftover. They hauled the junk out. Great service.! Would hire them again.
I needed tile demo'd and carpeting ripped up throughout my entire condo and these guys did a great job of getting it done in only a few hours despite obstacles that we encountered, like tile that was adhered with nearly concrete-like globs underneath. I'd definitely recommend this company and work with them again!
The work the guys did was beyond my expectation; they arrived on time, and worked carefully around pipes and sewer connection underneath the slab. To add to the work quality itself (which was a 10/10), they cleaned up every drop of dirt and debris outside of the demo site ie. garage floor, and curb outside the yard. All in all, the work they did warrants a 10/10 overall, as I could not have asked for anything else. Thank you guys. Fantastic work. Note: the original photo shows the slab (prior to the mess i made doing other work in the yard before the crew arrived). The final photo shows the slab site after it was demo'd.
Needed a short trench cut in a concrete patio. Professional, courteous, punctual, all around excellent. Very pleased with the job, highly recommended!
George and his crew were fast, careful and had the best pricing of any (well-rated) company. They also cleaned up the area perfectly. I will definitely use them again!
I called JC Demolition to remove a piece of concrete that held sentimental value as my Grandfather has passed and his home is being sold. Claudia and team were professional and punctual. Thank you for helping me keep a part of my family history! Appreciated beyond words!
Removed a section of concrete driveway. Claudia was very efficient to deal with and gave a good price. The team showed up promptly when scheduled and the job was finished quickly. Very happy
I had to reschedule 3 times due to the weather and each time Claudia was helpful and accommodating. The technician was punctual and was surprised to learn 1) how clean the surrounding area was - couldn’t see any debris, mason dust or debris (think he was vacuuming as he was cutting and cleaning as he went), 2) consistently he followed my request (precise) of how I needed the cuts, and 3) he hauled off and didn’t dump the concrete and debris into my trash can. Would definitely use their service in the future and recommend to family and friends. They were also the most reasonably priced (not the most or least expensive).
Gave me the best price to Demolish a patio cover with 5 concrete post... Finished the same day with no mess...
Great job, worked quickly and efficiently. Friendly and did a great job. No more concrete, they hauled it all away too!! Thanks again!!!
