I can’t say enough good things about Renato and his team. Professional, prompt (which is a big thing for me). Top quality work. I still have another room to get done and I guarantee I’ll be using them again.
The estimate was free which was nice. There was no pressure and Renato wasn't salesy which is what made me comfortable. He showed me lots of colors and answered all my questions. They were extremely mindful of when I needed the project done and did the entire thing in one day which blew my mind. Decided on the creme brulee color which really opened up and brightened up my space. And not that this part matters, but they're all VERY attractive 😅. Overall, very grateful for the experience. Highly recommend.
They did amazing!! I’m obsessed with my floor! I will definitely be using them for any flooring I need done in the future.
If you need your floors done… take it from me give Renato Lessa a call/message! It was the most seamless/fast/punctual/professional contractor I’ve ever dealt with- period. Everything fell into place, he listens to your wants and needs, I can’t speak enough positive into this company- my floors turned out flawless. I will be hiring them again for all my future projects and recommending them every chance I get. They Are The BEST!
Great response time and professionalism. Renato has pride in his work and simply does the right thing. He provides great guidance and I often found myself asking for his input - “what would you do if this were your house?“ and his attention to detail and sincere care was obvious. Integrity, quality, and professionalism define JC Lessa Flooring.
Renato went above and beyond to help me on my project. Great quality at a fair price. I would recommend him to anyone looking for flooring installation.
I would highly recommend JC LESSA for all of your flooring needs. From start to finish Renato made the process super easy. And I’m in Love with the outcome!
Amazing work , highly reccomnded. Very professional, great quality, and value. Good job, and I would hire him again 👏 👍
Had my flooring in kitchen and dining installed. They turned out beautiful. He accommodated my schedule and didn't take long at all. I appreciated his assistance with how to run the planks. He even went to store I purchased from to find matching transitions for me. Highly recommend.
