Great team. I’d use them again in a heartbeat.
We needed someone to sand down our red oak floors and restain a darker color. We chose JCT, and did not regret it! Jonas and his team were professional, courteous, and always quick to respond to calls/texts. They completed the whole project in the timeline we initially agreed to (5-7 days). They also pulled up the carpet on our stairs and installed new hardwoods while also replacing the wooden spindles with more modern black metal ones. An added touch we were not expecting was the wooden air vents that replaced the ugly, builder-grade metal ones. Jonas's team stained them to match our floors and then inlaid them into the flooring so they didn't stick up at all. Be sure to follow his Instagram to see more of his work (@jctopflooringllc). Highly recommended!
Unbelievable quality and service. If you need floors repaired or refinished this is your company!!!!
Jonas and his team were fast, professional and highly skilled. I wanted to stain the hardwood floors in my new home as well as complete some flooring repairs that were poorly done from the previous owner. After contacting them, Jonas came out the next day, provided an honest assessment and sent an extremely fair quote the same day. They finished the job in a day and a half! I love the results and the repairs and would absolutely recommend them as the go-to guys for beautiful floors! Nice guys! Quality work!
Jonas and his team were great to work with. After contacting him, he drove the same day 1.5 hrs to quickly give a quote, and had the floor installed the following week--very quick service, especially during COVID. Workers did a very professional job and even helped us to move some of the heavy furniture that we couldn't lift. Highly recommended.
Jonas was VERY responsive. He communicated what work would be done, how it would be done, and needs for the work to be done. His team arrived on time, completed the job in record time and left the space clean. We couldn't be happier with the job!
I submitted a request for an estimate Wednesday morning and Jonas had my job completed Friday evening. This was not a small job either. 1000 ft.² of 60-year-old oak flooring. I’ve been trying to do part of it myself for over two months- so I already knew all of the problems he was about to run into. No problem- Francisco led the first crew and they were extremely polite. He had a few minor questions and had no problem texting me for thoughts, instead of skipping it, or making his own call. End of Day 2, this floor is done and looks like you could go swimming in it. Perfect. They packed all their trash too. JC’s quote was much cheaper than everybody else’s and their were no weird add-ons. I would recommend these guys to anyone, and will. Thanks guys-
These guys are experts. They work quickly and pay attention to tails. I will definitely hir them again. Fairly priced. THANKS!
Replaced wood floors and stained as well as sanded and refinished wood floors. Very efficient, said 3 days, done in two. All men on his team were kind and hard workers. Our floors look incredible and he did a great job matching the wood floors we were not refinishing. Would absolutely recommend!!!
