This is my first experience using JCL. Everything went wel. I needed a new landscaper and the young man that arrived was courteous and professional. I look forward to using JCL again.

The pro did not show up to do the job. He said he would be here this past weekend. He never texted and only texted me back when I texted him. He kept saying he’d be here. When I asked for a date or day he didn’t answer. Texted that we’d have to select someone else if he doesn’t show.
Didn’t show up for appointment, I tried reaching out to see if there was an issue and still no response.

They started well however many red flags followed. I started chatting with them in March and the conversation went on until Mid May, I agree there was a lot of rain but on days when it dint, my work never got prioritized. I could tell from Other reviews getting posted on Thumbtack. They said they could do weekends only and dint turn up on days when weekends were good weather, my lawn was stuck in that state. I had to move to another landscaper who finished the whole project within half a day. My lesson: commitment to promised date is always a green flag and never keep patience/trust someone who will continue to push the dates
They do half job, get the money and never come back. They don't respond to your calls or messages properly. Then when you give up and hire someone else, they don't like it, message you back with sarcasm and disrespect. Made the mistake of recommending this guy to a friend. He did the same with them too. Did half job, got money and then ghosted.
Absolutely amazing and spot on. Even around the holidays, they were so cordial and informative. We will definitely hire them again recommend to others!!!
Julian is responsive and committed to a job’s meticulous completion. My yard is an undertaking and during the fall, the leaves of the trees, bordering the entire perimeter of my home, create a massive blanket. JCL navigated around the bad weather, making multiple visits to thoroughly complete the leaf removal job. They kept the communication open and made sure that I was satisfied before they called the job complete. They are the most professional landscapers that have worked on my property.

Julien was efficient in pruning our shrubs. One of the most responsive people I have worked with on Thumbtack, he made it in person to check out the exact work needed before giving a quote free of charge. Julien and Jayden team came exactly when they said they would and finished the trimming and pruning and spring cleaning of the lawn. Price was absolutely fair for the work performed. In summary, they are a winning professional team if you want any work done.
