Reached out to me minutes after I posted my request. Arrived promptly during the time frame he originally provided. Gave a fair estimate and thorough description of what is included with cost. Would recommend.

Josh was nothing short of amazing. A serious professional who is responsive, thorough, clean and conscientious. He responded very quickly to a late night inquiry, rearranged his schedule to come on site the next morning and got to work! I don’t know what we would have done with our flood situation without him.His fee was competitive. I highly recommend Josh.

I don't have the photos yet, but there was one room that was full of mold and Josh cleaned it all up and applied the protective product. He cleaned up the areas before he did the work and it looks amazing. He also left. the room spotless no debri or trash anywhere. Definitely pleased with his work.

Would highly recommend. Reached out on Friday. He came Saturday on time, received the quote Saturday night (very reasonably priced 1/4 of what commercial mold remediation companies quoted) Sunday he came out and cleaned out all the mold. Can't express what a weight off our shoulders this is. Very responsive. Would hire again but hope we don't have to :)

Josh was excellent. He noticed all the problem areas and helped me understand what measures I can take to prevent future issues. He treated and completed the work in my basement in one day. I was really satisfied with the look of my basement. I will definitely use his services again. Thank you Josh.

Josh responded to my request for basement mold removal within hours and evaluated the situation. He returned the next day to remove the mold and items in the basement. He is professional, hardworking, neat and knowledgeable. I would have no hesitation in requesting his services, if needed, again.

Joshua was a blessing on rainy day. A prompt call back and almost immediate arrival to assess my issue. His knowledge of the flood and damage was vast and his game plan was exact. I appreciate his work ethic and his willingness to get things moving right along and back to normal. Long story short his name is saved in my contacts.
