Should have shown up when he said he would. Should have communicated when he couldn’t make it.
Did an excellent job power washing and even doing some handyman work at my home.
Johnny Pérez did quality work on an expanded power washing project at our residence including: tennis court, back and side patios, walkways , garage parking areas. He also sprayed a sealing agent on the concrete surfaces. He was punctual and hardworking. He completed the project within his original estimate.
Johnny did a great and thorough job! Friendly, responsive, and professional. He pressure washed, re-filled with sand and sealed. It looks amazing. Thanks Johnny!
JD did a great job installing my dog door and building me a ramp. He also installed a new kitchen faucet for me. I really appreciated his workmanship and courtesy
We had a great experience using JD! He fixed our front porch railing and it was very well done and so much more secure than before.
We hired Johnny to pressure wash and seal our back patio and front walkway. He did an excellent job! He’s meticulous, courteous, and prompt. Highly recommended.
Johnny did an awesome job with our kitchen backsplash project. Will definitely hire him again
Great work done fast, needed a replacement of carpet in closet and Johnny had it done in an evening. Easy to plan and get the job done.
We had bought all the supplies but realized we had bit off more than we could chew in trying to actually install the runner. When I put the call out on thumbtack for help he answered right away. He was able to come the next day! He was exactly on time and got to work right away. Very easy to communicate with and the work was impeccable! We are in love with how it turned out and love what it has added to the house! Thank you so much and we will definitely be calling on him to do any other house updates
