I hired JDL for a residential deep cleaning after requesting quotes from several companies. Their prompt, professional communication made a positive first impression. They arrived a few minutes late, which wasn’t a major concern, although I did have to reach out for an estimated arrival time. The husband-and-wife team got started immediately, with one working upstairs and the other downstairs. However, as the cleaning progressed, I noticed little visible improvement in some areas, despite the time spent on them. After approximately four and a half hours, I was told they were nearly finished and only needed to mop. This surprised me because several areas still needed significant attention. I walked through the house and asked what their deep-cleaning service included. The gentleman explained that they cleaned surfaces, baseboards, blinds, and similar areas, but did not make beds. My concern was the cleanliness of the areas included in that service. I pointed out dust bunnies upstairs, dust left on a bed after the ceiling fans were cleaned, and dirty baseboards. He said those areas would be addressed when he mopped, but I continued to find other spots that needed attention. When my husband explained that I was unhappy with the service, the gentleman began discussing partial payment. His wife expressed frustration about the amount of time they had spent cleaning. I understand that cleaning a two-story home takes time and effort, but the results did not meet my expectations for a professional deep clean. The attached photos show just a few areas that concerned me. The third photo shows a section of the floor after it had been mopped. Toward the end of the visit, the wife’s response became unprofessional when she stated that she “knew I was going to be a problem.” I felt this comment was intended to provoke me rather than address my concerns about the quality of the cleaning. I value small businesses and appreciate quality work. Unfortunately, both the cleaning results and the way my concerns were handled fell short of my expectations. I’m sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision.

I hired them for a move out cleaning, and they beyond meet my expectations. They did beyond amazing! Thank you for being prompt, responsive, affordable and professional. Thanks again!!!
While they communicate well and previously did a great job, this time the job was not done as promised. Over 5 hours later, and the house smells overpowering of chemicals. The deep clean was not achieved. Every room had some sort of issue. From simple dusting above the fridge, to the “clean” spots being streaky in the bathrooms and kitchen.
I’ll start by saying this - the things that were cleaned, are very clean. However, I would not say this was a deep cleaning of my house, nor were things I’d expect to have been done actually cleaned. This may come down to my communication with JDL, so I will let you make your own decisions. Additionally, I was not present for any of the cleaning - our cat sitter was kind enough to let the cleaners in and hang out while they worked. The photos I’ve attached are from the master suite and living room, all with dust I would have expected to be cleaned. Additionally, they did not clean under any furniture. In the end, paying roughly $315 before tip, I do believe I got what I paid for, but I can’t say I’ll book with JDL in the future.
They set an appt with me but didn’t show up, answer my texts or answer the phone. I hope everything is okay but if so, very unprofessional. I could have hired a different pro to come if they needed to cancel .

JDL Cleaning Services did a great job. I hired them for a move out clean, and they were more than I could ask for. They responded quickly, and made sure that an amazing team of two was sent my way. I will definitely be using them in the future.
THE WORST EXPERIENCE! They didn't clean at all and they BROKE a valuable decor we had on our empty house. I hired JDL cleaning services to deep clean the new home we purchased. I was VERY specific on the task they needed to accomplish, after 4 hours of them doing nothing, they called me to tell me they broke the ONLY thing that was in the house, a valuable and sentimental piece of art and they informed me they finished deep cleaning a 4 thousand sqr home, I found it odd so I went to the house to inspect the job. When I walked into my house I couldn't believe what the 2 African American Men cleaners did, they men maids didn't clean ANY of the things I specifically asked for. The ovens had still food, I asked to vacuum the dead insects from the pest control service on prior days, well the insect was still there, the shower was no clean and still had hairs from the previous owner. They charged me 30 dls more to clean the garage, for my surprise they didn't clean it at all! I am very disappointed with their service! I had to move in to a new dirty house!!!! DO NOT HIRE THEM! see pictures attached of their shitty job!
