Jean was incredibly easy to work with because he was so responsive and courteous. He carefully listened to the issues and promptly went to work. He quickly replaced 4 GCFIs then tested and retested to ensure everything was working properly. An added bonus was his discovery of 2 outlets improperly wired so he corrected those for me.
