Hired to represent me on three lawsuits. Did half the work on one lawsuit, didn’t show to court on the second, and said nothing she could do on the third. I presented my own case on the third and got dismissed. Of course not willing to refund our money.
I'd like to pick all of the options for this attorney. Easy to work with, really appreciated that I didn't have to drive an hour to an attorney's office. Will use her again for further issues.
She was professional but I consider the fees to be a bit on the high side the services provided. I had the services for a simple Will and a simple durable POA. The Will was fine but the POA was a standard Texas state form with check the block type customization.
Quick and Very easy to work with
I hired this lawyer to represent me on a simple matter and file a response to a declaration of judgement. The charge was 1500 for an unmotivated rushed response that a first year law student could have written and it was 600 dollars to prepare and appear for a 1 hour hearing. Once you pay her don't expect her to return your calls like ever. She missed small details about my case even after providing the documents to her. She is only motivated by money but the service you receive is at best less than average. If you have a family conflict do not hire her however for administrative matters that require a lawyer I can not comment. In the end jeanne is more of a realtor than a lawyer.
solved my deed issue in 2 hours. highly recommended. Updated on 2nd use of the service: Used the service 2nd time for answering questions about my short term rental insurance coverage given the 1st good experience of solving the title deed dispute. Unfortunately it is not good as expected and she did not answer the my specific questions about the coverage and provided wrong directions on interpreting the exclusion terms in the insurance policy. If you need to look for someone that could help on homeowner insurance coverage maybe she was just not the expert on this domain.
We hired Jeanne to help my parents filed their divorce and it was the worst expiration we have ever had. You’d expect more from a lawyer but wow, we are still shocked to this day how unmotivated and unhelpful Jeanne was (mind you this divorce took place about 2-3 years ago). We had to edit documents for her because she couldn’t get them done in a timely manner and she kept misspelling information. She rarely answered phone calls and when we spoke to her, it was hard to even get her to comprehend what we we’re communicating to her. We wanted to get a new lawyer but everyone was already neck deep into the process and didn’t want to start from scratch. There’s sooooo much more that im leaving out but it’s safe to say we paid her to do a job that she wasn’t committed to. Very unprofessional and very unreliable.
Jeanne was understanding and easy to work with. There were a few obstacles on both on sides that prolonged the process and at times delayed communication but overall it was a good experience.
She was very quick to respond and her pricing was reasonable however because of the COVID-19 the document that I needed to file all the fees have changed so I ended up doing it myself so I wouldn’t get an extra charge
