This job was to address 3 issues: 1) fix a dimmer switch on dining hall lights 2) fix a stairwell light that worked only on occasion 3) fix a ceiling fan in the master bedroom I posed the job to JEB Services and struck up a conversation to schedule an estimate. They asked about coming the following morning, but I had some scheduling conflicts so I asked about afternoon availability. I didn’t receive a response so I didn’t think it was happening. Around noon the following day I received a message saying they’ll be at my home in an hour. Had I known, I would’ve scheduled my day differently, but I was able to make it work, but I was already feeling like we’re starting off on the wrong foot. When they arrived 20 mins late of when they said they’d be here, I showed them the issues described above. Numbers 1 and 2 were relatively straightforward and easy fixes after a little troubleshooting, but the electrician did not bring a high enough ladder to properly get sight on the ceiling fan even though I measured and listed the height in the proposed project. They said they will need to run to Home Depot and get some equipment and a higher ladder, and return in about 30 mins. They returned about 2 hours later and was he able to fix 1 & 2. He diagnosed the ceiling fan dead and wasn’t able to fix it; need a new fan unit. Ok. It was at this point I finally got an estimate after the job is done. It was reasonable so I couldn’t be upset with that, but I was disappointed with the lack of communications and issues with time management.
Used JEB Services to remodel a bathroom. They were great communicators before and during the construction. They were honest about issues that were discovered during the construction. The job was completed quickly (they even worked on Saturday to get the job done). They were very reasonably priced and I have already requested that they do some additional work for me
Terrible service, was 45 mins late and rude. Told me would be here at noon. Showed up at 12:40. Was parked outside has to call them to come out the truck to come in. Have 0 respect for peoples time

JEB did a great job installing my lights, as well as adding new lights, and making several other changes. The work was done professionally, quietly, and he was very nice to work with, as well. I would recommend JEB to anyone needing electrical, wiring services.
