Miracle worker for a computer dummy. Worth every penny!!! RESPONSIVE, returned call and was here in an hour1
Jeff was quick to answer our last minute request to hire. He arrived at our home prepared and ready the next day! Jeff was excellent in executing his skills by dismantling all four of our TVs from each room of our home. He was very careful/professional and has a great personality! I highly recommend Jeff. Thanks again Jeff! 😊
Jeff was great. I never could have accomplished my computer objectives without his help!
I hired Jeff to fix my mesh Wi-fi system. Over the last few months, videoconference connections have become unstable and I was even dropping calls. Through expertise and determination, including issuing a ticket with the vendor NETGEAR, Jeff discovered that the two mesh satellites were not compatible with the router - even though the person who installed it a couple of years ago claimed it was all from the same kit. This required purchasing a new mesh system, which Jeff installed and set up. Everything now works perfectly. I would hire Jeff again without question and recommend him highly.
Jeff of JeffComputers.com was courteous, responsive and effective. Did a cleanup/restore of iMac and iPad within hours of request of service. Highly recommend for service & instructions.
Jeff was very effective in getting information that I thought I had lost off an old hard drive. He’s got all the equipment and knowledge. I was really impressed with the fact that we could even find the information I tried doing it myself and I couldn’t find the lost information but Jeff was able to find the items that I thought I had lost and we’re very grateful for Jeff so now we’re using them at our business as well as personal computers
I had recently bought a new high performance computer that could not detect the GPU and after troubleshooting it myself for hours I just threw my hands up. I put a service request for PC repair on Thumbtack and within minutes Jeff had sent me a message trying to further understand the issue. He drove out of his way 30+ minutes on a Sunday night to help me get this thing running, which he did in a very quick and efficient manner. I would gladly refer Jeff to anyone.
Jeff is a very personable guy with vast computer knowledge . He responded to my email right away . Even though my Internet problems were the result of the ISP company failure to recognize that my service wasn't even connected right . He still help with the hook up and diagnostic of the situation . He went out of his way to help me .
Jeff is a consummate professional and very easy to work with!!
Jeff responded within five minutes of my request and came the same day. He was able to hook up my video camera and show us how to use the app on our phones. We had the video cameras installed by someone else, but they weren’t working. So very happy with Jeff’s work.
