Extremely poor epoxy job. Totally uneven flakes, epoxy paint on walls, and just all around sloppy. Would pay the extra for someone who actually does epoxy. Now I have to spend double to fix it

These guys were great! Showed up on time. Took care to wrap the furniture and moved it with care. They were even flexible to do an additional work that was not previously agreed upon. 10 out of 10!
The brothers were responsive to our needs, handled moving the items in our home quickly, were open to requests for additional work within the paid-for minimum time, and were very nice and pleasant to deal with. Showed up on time and did the work quickly and well. We recommend them and would definitely hire them again!

First, I want to say the two brothers were kind, respectful, and worked incredibly hard. Moving in the Florida summer heat is no joke, and they absolutely busted their tails. They communicated well, came back the second day with a box truck at their own expense, and discounted my invoice to help make up for the damage. I really appreciated their willingness to make things right. That said, a few things kept this from being a five-star experience. The biggest surprise was that they initially arrived with a flatbed trailer instead of a box truck, which meant multiple trips. I had explained that I was on a tight budget and was assured the move could be completed within the estimated timeframe. Instead, it took nearly twice as long and ended up costing about double the original estimate. I understand I had a lot of belongings, but I think a more accurate estimate could have been provided if they had requested an inventory list or photos beforehand. They were efficient at first, but toward the end they seemed less careful. Several pieces of furniture were damaged from rubbing against the dolly, the wooden legs on my couch were damaged, and a decorative pot worth around $200 was broken. I even jumped in to help move furniture to speed things up because the day was running long in the summer heat. Overall, they’re good people who genuinely care about their customers. With better planning, the proper equipment from the start, and a little more care with customers’ belongings, they’d easily earn five stars.
Jason and Ethan are energetic, prompt and dedicated to their moving business. They made few small mistakes but were always appreciative of my"grandmoherly" guidance in handling our possessons. I would use JEM Movers again.

Jason and Ethan arrived right on time, super friendly, packed everything efficiently, wrapped living room, mirrors, etc. They answered all questions within minutes, kept me informed through out the whole travel experience from Tampa to Ft. Lauderdale. Great guys and the price could't be better! I tipped them extra due to the higher fuel costs this month and appreciated all that they did for me. I would use them again! Call these guys, you won't be disappointed :)
I can't rave enough about these two brothers. They were responsive with communications ahead of the job and when the day to move my 3 bedroom house came; they went above and beyond. It took 3 trips and they worked continuously with no breaks until the job was done. They were courteous, professional, polite and not a single item was damaged. And extremely reasonably priced. I would highly recommend JEM Bro's Services and will definitely use them again should the need ever arise. This is what hard work and pride of ownership looks like. A rare thing these days. Hire them, you won't be disappointed!
The boys came to my rescue when I needed mover asap. After someone canceled on me the same day, they came no less than a few hours later. Moved everything with ease and were great to hang out with!
