Jennifer did an amazing job and was very quick to do a move in cleaning after the sellers left the house I bought a nasty mess and I was having to move in with it dirty. She cleaned thoroughly even with boxes all in the house.

Jennifer quoted a price based on the information requested by thumbtack. When she learned I had two additional rooms she increased the price by $75/room. She was aware this was a deep cleaning after a bathroom remodel and that there was sawdust and Sheetrock dust. She committed to dusting all surfaces and vacuuming and mopping all floors. After our walkthrough she said it would take at least hours. When I returned 2 hrs and 15 minutes later they were leaving. I failed to do a walkthrough before I paid her, my mistake. What I found was they had only perimeter cleaned around the furniture and did not clean under the furniture. Also after reviewing my interior cameras and my hardwood floors they did not mop the kitchen or family room. When I confronted her she did not have an explanation why all the areas of my house were not cleaned properly. She did offer to come back and clean again which I turned her down. I asked for a partial refund instead but she refused. The photos are just a snapshot of the condition of what I found.

This was a completely clean and empty house so finding the tops and inside of the kitchen cabinets not wiped is completely crazy to pay over $300 for a light wipe down is completely crazy to me. But I know there is a language barrier. Jennifer is really nice when speaking to on the phone, if you move forward with her I recommend being very specific. And I’m sure you’ll be more than happy.

Jennifer and team were at my house about 30 min granted I live in one bedroom . When she called and I asked prices for deep clean which is not what I got . She vacuumed half my rug I could see her in my wall mirror . Then they never picked up ANYTHING to mop or dust . I have a dresser with sunglasses and perfumes nothing was moved touched or dusted . Then they threw all my products on top of each other which they are on trays in bathroom grouped together so I go in everything on my tray mixed around . Then my wall plug was left upside down with all the liquid coming out on counter . Lastly I saw someone unplugged my speaker for my camera for door and when then left put it in another room which reset it and I’m currently setting it back up

Jennifer did a really good job on a room that was in shambles. She helped organize, clean, and deodorize the room as needed. I’d certainly hire her again in the future.
